A personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industries, Ingrid explains, ‘My clients would ask me how to eat and how to lose weight, and I would give them written meal plans. But there was only so much I could do since I couldn’t watch everything that they ate."

How did you start Sensible Meals? I had two very successful fitness facilities and a reputation for weight loss, so I launched Sensible Meals in 2014. I wanted to change lives with a fair and affordable meal preparation option.
